Business & Industry A NEW attendant has joined Waves - thanks to a telecoms firm. Abbey Telecom has just installed a £10,000 telephone system at the leisure complex in Blackbum which features an automated attendant facility. "The new system will provide a better and quicker way of dealing with calls and has a mobile link so staff can be contacted immediately rather than chase around to find an extension," said Tony Raynor of Blackburn-based Abbey Telecom, pictured with Michael Billlngton, of Waves. The new system should be up and running in time for the launch of a new white knuckle ride next month. |
