How to change the name on your Samsung phone
With the handset down dial TRANSFER 104
Press the HOLD key (this will delete the existing name)
Type in the Name you would like to appear in the screen
Press TRANSFER
You can change between upper to lower casing by pressing the 7 th button down on the 12/24 button phones or the 1 st button on the bottom row on the 7/14/21 button phones.
